Account & Admin ClerK





Responsibilities:

•Answering phone calls
•To perform administrative works.
•To assist & maintain Admin & Accounts filing.
•Record orders from the customer
•Record all the customer complaints
•Prepare Sales Order
•Performs office administrative functions such as monitoring and ordering office
•supplies stationery and distribute incoming mails.
•To perform other duties as assigned or needed.
•Any other administrative tasks as required by management

Requirements:

•Contract basis position (3 ~ 6 months)
•Min SPM, fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•Computer literate.
•Able to work under minimum supervision, self discipline and self motivated
•Independent and meticulous individuals
•Honest and diligent
