Marketing & Sales Manager Requirements: Ø Degree holder in any field Ø At least 5 years of working experience in the related field especially in Property Development Ø Strong command in spoken/ written English & Bahasa Melayu Ø Able to lead Marketing, Sales and Sales Administration team Ø Good team leader with strong interpersonal, communication & interactive skills. Ø Well versed in Microsoft Office applications and IFCA system Ø Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and successful public relations efforts Ø Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Ø Ability to visualize and realize potential businesses Ø Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and direct attention to key issues. Ø Experience in strategic planning and execution Ø Possess valid driving license

Marketing & Sales Executive ( 2 vacancies ) Requirements: Ø Diploma/ Degree holder in any field Ø Must have considerable sales experience (min 2 years) Ø Must possess a dynamic attitude and willing to work as a team. Ø Well versed in Microsoft Office applications Ø Competent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu Ø Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality Ø Willing to work extra hours or on weekends Ø Possess valid driving license

Senior Executive – Cost and Contract Requirements: Ø Degree in Quantity Surveyor Ø Minimum 3 years working experience Ø Experience in pre and post contract Ø Knowledge in preparing BQ, tender, costing, site report and meeting Ø Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 is an added advantage Ø Strong command in spoken/ written English & Bahasa Melayu Ø Well versed in Microsoft Office application Ø Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
