1: Senior Operation Executive - Cleaning (2 kekosongan)
· Preferably Male (Malay Only)
· Min SPM/STPM holder
· Min 5 years experience with cleaning services industries
· Computer literate
· Able to work independently and communicate with higher management
· Strong command in written and spoken in Bahasa & English
· Pleasant personality with good communication skills
· Able to start work immediately
a) Responsible for overall operation works.
b) To plan and organize the new start-up of initial, non-contractual or contractual cleaning job.
c) To provide useful information of the cleaning industry to management.
d) To check on payroll and machine inventory of the Operation Department.
e) To final compile of Mobile department workers salary and ensure there is no discrepancy
in the payrolls.
f) Responsible to oversee the staff salary and work schedules for contractual sites without supervisor and to assist the recruitment activities, conduct interview and to participate in project building team and other matter related to on site training and quality control program.
g) Responsible for handling customers enquiries related to cleaning.
h) Responsible for handling the scope of work for present and future projects and to organize and maintain the operation work schedule planned and site meeting/discussion with client pertaining to daily/periodical task.
i) Responsible for handling the employees safety and welfare at work and to assist the management/operatio n concerning workers duties and responsibilities.
j) To monitor on company operating vehicles such as vans and lorry.
k) To provide feedback of competitors activities and any leads or prospects to management.
2: (4 Kekosongan) - KLIA, Shah Alam & Subang Area
a) Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the cleaning industry.
b) Must be able to communicate in English and .
c) Capable in solving problem of cleaning industry.
d) Capable to operate Gondola/ Scaffolding.
a) Responsible for overall operation of mobile/contractual works.
b) To ensure safety of employee during work in progress.
c) To check daily attendance book of cleaners.
d) Responsible in giving advise, comment and motivate employee.
e) To monitor staff performance for recommendation to the management.
b) Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
c) Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be advantage.
a) To assist supervisor and assistant supervisor on initial/contractual job.
b) To conduct inspection and checking on areas where job are carried out with follow-up actions.
