Salary range : RM3,500 to RM7,000
Responsibility & Authority |
- Develop
- new sales opportunities, prospects and business for hosting services and other new businesses which may be developed due to market changes
- Achieve or exceed revenue target by identifying new prospects and business and conduct all customer-facing activities, negotiate contract and close the business with the best possible terms
- Practice excellent account management skills for greater customer intimacy and establish strong relationship with customers and key industry players
- Manage existing customers and create the avenue to up-sell and cross-sell new services to these clients
- Accountable for the full account management cycle of each account and responsible to track all sales opportunities in a professional sales funnel system
- Coordinate internal resources for service delivery and monitor customer satisfaction to ensure quality of service fulfillment and uphold customer service excellence
- Work with appointed group of partners and resellers in securing new direct customers and business
- Gather and disseminate competitors information and
- feedback new product ideas to ensure that the sales, marketing and business development teams are updated on critical industry information

Resource Requirement (Qualifications & Experiences) |
- Recognized Tertiary education.
- Experienced candidate and must have hosting & telecommunication knowledge and experience.
- Results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing industry
- Very customer-relationsh ip focused
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence, and the ability to make effective presentations to management levels
- Good inter-personal skills
